I would like managed users to be able to record shows using the DVR functionality and be able to access the Recording Schedule. I shouldn’t have share an admin account in order for users to record shows they’d like to watch.

Think this is as simple as adding a checkbox to each user to “Enable DVR Recording Management”. I guess the hard part is deciding whether a recording is private or public. With the admin-only option now, everything is public. This doesn’t seem hard to overcome as HDHomeRun’s DVR seems quite capab…

I dont know why the ability to record is blocked behind admin.
