DVR Disk Usage

My question is about when watching live TV, the DVR is recording the show being watched. How long does the recording remain on disk? IE, is the recording erased/removed when I stop watching (exit Live TV)?

Yes.
If you want it to be retained, you need to push the Record button while you’re watching.
