This may happen later today or soon after
Plex Media Server beta 1.26.1.5798 is now released
It does have a fix for this issue
Advisable to do a manual EPG Refresh through DVR Settings - to be done after the update to this version as there were also other date related corrections
I am on v1.26.2.5797, and after re-enabling Keep Episodes expiry, I can confirm that the episodes are not deleted prematurely. This was probably fixed with v1.26.1.5798, but I didnāt get back to testing until the latest beta version.
I updated to PMS 1.27.0.5873 the other day, and last night I noticed all our saved episodes were deleted for the last 30 days. So some manifestation of the original problem has made its way back into the code, apparently.
These were programs set to āKEEP Episodes added in the past 30 days.ā It looks like it instead DELETED episodes from the past 30 days, including last nightās episodes. Episodes older than 30 days were still in the library!
Thank you for reporting this. It has been referred to the development team
FYI: I didnāt notice a problem with 1.27.0.5849; it was only after upgrading to 1.27.0.5873. I havenāt tried 1.27.0.5878 assuming it would have the same problem. In fact, I rolled back to 1.26.2.5797 as Iām feeling more conservative with regression issues popping up and that older version was doing quite well for me before.
A regression has been found. I Sent you an alpha build with the fix. Please install it and let me know how it goes
Build 1.27.1.5898-af3116ff9 (for linux)
