I’ve had issues with my guide dropping so I’ve been watching it closely. To fix it I would just remove the tuner device and readd it. The other day the whole DVR-live TV tab disappeared. I checked and the hardware wasn’t even in the set up anymore. I’ve tried to readd it but it never finds it. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the device, reboot the server, upgrade the driver, down grade the driver, upgrade plex and nothing has worked. Any suggestions? Running windows server and a AVerMedia over usb
I have similar problem with 1.22.3.4392. Live TV tuner xteve/hrhomerun that worked fine for a long time stopped working. Removed it and when I try to install it again It sees the tuner with correct ip address for my xteve but when I click continue I get “There was an unexpected error.” Tried a repair through the Windows control panel uninstall, same results when I try to add this tuner again. Uninstalled and installed ver. 1.22.1.4228 and still same error when trying to install tuner. Xteve is running fine as far as I can tell and I haven’t made any changes to it. Emby is using this same xteve with no problems.
Hope I’m not hijacking op’s post, I’m thinking our problems are related due to version and timing.
