Need Help!

I’m hoping someone can help point me in the right direction. I have been having an issue with my previously working DVR. I have posted two topics both of which have gone with no solution. I’m a plex pass lifetime member and frustrated that I can’t get any help figuring this out. What can I do to get support?

While I am not a plex pass paying member, mainly because my internet bandwidth is too limited due to my rural location. Given the lack of support options for this product, I am quite glad I haven’t paid for any service.

To be fair, Plex doesn’t make enough money to offer in depth support. There’s way too few support staff as well. I’ve found that I can usually find my answer by digging or playing around with Plex.

I think a lot of the time is - people aren’t using the right feature. I’ve been guilty of that with TV. I didn’t realize TV needed to be a certain way or had some feature when I was trying to watch my Little House on the Prairie Collection. Turned out, there was a better feature for what I was doing. I think it was making it a collection and sorting by air date.
