Has changed their lineup. But after 4 weeks the guide has not updated, I have scanned, but new channels are not select-able in setup. Old channels are still in the list.
Well, I just discovered their metadata partner is ROVI, the company that bought TIVO.
Over at the Tivo forum people are always complaining on how bad Rovi is at updating their guide.
I discovered this by accident with my program “Little Snitch” asked to connect to Rovi once I accessed the live TV guide. One does have the ability to call in to Tivo and get a customer support rep to put in a request if one is a Tivo customer. Once done, maybe 1 day goes by and the update is there. There happens to be a shake-up with the movement of stations currently because the spectrum was sold off by the govt. so stations are making adjustments, guides are playing catch up.
Speaking of Tivo, you guys are using the guide but won’t update the Tivo APP? what gives.
