DVR no longer records subtitles transmitted over the air

I updated my server 2 weeks ago and again a couple of days ago and the DVR no longer records subtitles transmitted over the air. However, I noticed that the player(s) now see a list of downloaded files that didn’t seem to ever be in sync with the video.

I found the option on the server to sync the downloaded subtitle files but I haven’t been able to test the sync function because it looks like the sync function runs when the video ends recording. If this is the new paradigm for handling subtitles I just lost the ability to time-shift my recordings (view recordings while they are being recorded and showing subtitles).

I run a SiliconDust tuner and the DVR on that box records subtitles over the air. Why did Plex stop doing this?

I am hearing impaired and I have to see subtitles to hear my tv. Can you please fix this?
