My DVR and Live TV is not working. I am using an antenna and Plex was able to scan all the channels and load all available shows, but when I try to record a show or watch live TV, it just shows the spinning loading circle and then returns back to the menu of shows. If someone could please help me troubleshoot this problem I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks so much!!!

What client are you using to try and watch TV and what does your plex server run on?
Um… I have HDHomeRun CONNECT DUAL OTA DVR Gray and Black, Model: HDHR4-2US, SKU: 8548038
My Plex server runs on my iMac.
The antenna is: Outdoor/Indoor antenna, 150 Miles Range Attic Antenna, Rooftop Antenna, Digital TV Antenna with Amplifier, 33Ft Detachable Cable With Mount Kit, 1080P 4K-Ready Extremely High Reception With UL Certificate

Yeah what client are you using? is this the Plex App on a TV?
Using the silicondust software can you see the tuner and channels?
It’s the Plex App on Apple TV. I just installed the Silicon Dust software and yes, I can see the channels.
