Live TV / DVR not working

Server Version#: 1.181.1.173

In the last 24 hours Live TV has stopped Plex Media Server Logs_2019-10-22_10-02-08.zip (4.9 MB) working and when trying to start a live tv show I get the error Code: 5000 - saying that it can not tune the antenna. Normally I can restart Plex within the Synology Package Centre but this also fails to work.

Error message:
Unable to Evaluate Play Request

Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna.
Code; 5000

Live TV works fine in the HDHomeRun Connect app.

Any ideas?

I just tried downgrading to 1.181.0.1984 and are getting the same errors.

Live tv has always been temperamental. Not sure why hd homerun ap works and plex fails.

After two days the live tv / DVR has magically started working again. So weird…

This issue ha returned. Exactly the same parameters as last time, and yes TV works in th HD app.
