In general, I like the new design, and my experience is positive.
One thing that prevents my adoption, however, is that DVR recordings do not play back correctly. These are recorded from a HDHomerun Quattro in 1080p, with the transcode feature enabled.
Playback sort of flips back and forth between halted and “fast forward” playback.
They play back smoothly on the old client.
