Hello together,
I have a plex pass and I am recording shows on my harddisk.
That works more or less fine.
Now I would like to record a show for my son and put the file in his library.
OK, the show is recorded and is shown up in my (plex admin account) as new show
If I log in with my sons accound (managed account) there is nothing.
I tried some more shows but it doesnt work.
What can I do to solve this problem?
I use latested pms as docker on a linux host

What are the sharing restrictions you defined for your son’s account?
Did you base it on libraries only, or did you also add ‘Labels’ and/or ‘Ratings’?
You must grant your son’s account general access to the library where you recorded the show into.
You might also have to add one of the allowed Labels or Ratings to the recorded item.

thx to your reply. No, there has been no Labels or Rating set and he had full access to the library.
Meanwhile I solved it my own. I moved all the stuff from my sons library to a tmp folder made a media analysis in this folder so that it showed to be empty and moved everything back. Now I have all my media added.
