DVR recordings missing first half of scheduled recording

I’ve noticed that after upgrading my windows plex server (beta channel), most of my hour-long shows are missing the first 29 minutes and only keeping the last 31 minutes of the show. The web interface shows that the episode is being recorded all the way through, but around the midpoint of the recording, the first half is discarded.

Other things that might be of importance:

  • I had “mark commercials for skip” enabled.
  • There is enough disk space for the whole recording.
  • I have rebooted the server computer, issue persists.
