DVR recordings stop normally but dashboard not aware

Whenever a recording stops (either manually or automatically), the wheel around “Activity” icon keeps spinning indefinitely, and also the Dashboard says that a recording is still going on. The falsely on-going recordings on the Dashboard never go away without a reboot of the RPI4. Or else, the recordings pile up, I had 6 different spinning wheel yesterday, but all of them were already stopped normally.

The attached log shows that I manually start then stop a recording, all is fine except for the Dashboard not being aware that the recording was stopped.
