Plex server consistent shutdown/crash when DVR recording has ended

Server Version#: Version 4.125.1
OS Version: Linux PlexMediaServer 6.6.31+rpt-rpi-2712 #1 SMP PREEMPT Debian 1:6.6.31-1+rpt1 (2024-05-29) aarch64 GNU/Linux

I’m using Plex Media Server running on a Raspberry Pi 5 and nvme M.2 drive via a PCIe hat.
I have the media server configured as a DVR using my HDHomeRun as the tuner.
Each time a show recording ends, the server will shut down (maybe crash), requiring me to manually hit the power switch to turn it back on each time.
Transcoding is turned off to preserve image quality as best as possible, but I understand the files are still temporarily stored in the Transcode dir until recording is completed, then moved the the TV Shows library which I have set at /media/shows/
Here are the permissions I have set.
drwxrwxr-x 13 plex plex 4096 Jun 11 18:41 shows

To eliminate power supply from being a contributing fact (higher power consumption when detecting ads) I have tried multiple USB-C power supplies (purchased a brand new 45W) and have even tried one I use for my laptop which has tons of power output.

I disabled detect commercials, as well as disabling intro and credit detection by default.
Tested with several shows and everything works fine with no commercial, intro or credits detection.

If I enable ‘Detect commercials and mark for skip’ for a scheduled recording, then after that recording has completed, I get the same issue. Always after the recording is completed, never during the recording!
The Plex server crashes when detecting and marking commercials .

The whole purpose of me having the Plex and HD HomeRun combo is so I can skip the commercials, so Forked out $$$ for for the hardware and lifetime PlexPass for the privilege.

Has anybody had a similar experience or any idea where to go from here?
