DVR Related Error in the log

Question for early DVR users out there: I configured my DVR way back when you had to do it manually, and I’m now realizing that I keep getting an error referencing the 192.168.11.5 IP my HDHomeRun device used to have (not anymore):

I can’t remember for the life of me, where I hardcoded that IP, and all the documentation in the Plex forums, has been deleted since now you do it through the GUI.

Any ideas?
