I am having issues with my DVR function… I use a Hauppauge Dual Tuner hooked up to my cable line. I was using it up great until it stopped recording recently. I went to the settings and saw there was an error, I deleted the device and started fresh, when scanning the channels it now doesn’t have the basic channels… I have channels with alphanumeric/numbers (BPETV5) and have no idea how to map them. Any help to get it back up and running, or another configuration to setting up with my cable line ( I have too many interruptions to get a good antenna signal).
