I have a compatible device (Hauppage USB dual tuner) connected to the same machine as my Plex Server software. It works in its own right perfectly well with all UK DTV channels available.
Got a Plex Pass so thats not the problem.
(I have tried deleting and setting up several times and get different results each time - have latest versions of plex server, firmware in hauppage device etc etc etc)
I go through the setup procedure on the server to incorporate it into Plex which is where the problems start
It finds a small number of channels - anywhere between 12 and 33 of the available 167 each time I run the scan channels and because it never finds all of them I delete the “DVR” in plex server and try again.
Anyone had this problem and fixed it?
I also dont want record anything - just watch live TV. Anyway not to have PVR?
