I was having an issue with sports team recordings (ie, “All Chicago Bulls Events”) ending prematurely. So I upgraded PMS and now it shows there are no upcoming events. I tried removing the recording event and re-adding it, and the same thing. This isn’t exclusive to the Bulls, as the Bears also has the same behavior.
I upgraded recently to 1.25.0.5246 (Linux) and have the same issue. Funny enough, it’s for all Chicago Bears. Plex must not like Chicago. I missed to games already. I thought the first one was some upgrade issue so I deleted the schedule and set it up again. It still doesn’t show any upcoming games. Although, when I do a search (all sources), a future game is listed for Dec 5th. I normally don’t update because everything was running fine. I was on 1.21.3.4046. But I didn’t want to be too far behind so I updated and now this broke. Go figure.
Yeah, seems that they don’t like New York either. I haven’t had any sports teams record in the last few weeks, which at this point seems like there should be a fix. I can’t imagine that more people haven’t noticed by now. (Especially in cities where their football teams stand a chance at the playoffs)

I’m running 1.25.0.5220 but using XMLTV - OTA as my source for EPG and I have both the 12/5 and 12/12 Bears games listed in my schedule (though the 12/12 might be the packers recording in this “house divided”) . Don’t find any Bills games listed OTA for next 2 weeks.
Have you tried using Plex’s EPG with the beta version? Wondering if it’s already fixed on there.
So, using the “even more newest” beta (1.25.1.5286) but on a Mac laptop and not on my Snyology NAS.
I erased the existing DVR, set up a new DVR using the Plex EPG for 4 local channels (OTA) which included a channel that I knew a college football game was airing tomorrow.
I used “Search” to find said game.
I was able to find it in the guide, click on Record and request to Record all events for one of the teams named in the event (Florida International) . I also scrolled forward in the guide to Sunday, found the CBS 15:30 (Central time ) game, chose to record it and all Raven’s games.
Plex placed the two requests in my schedule priority list, but the list shows “No upcoming airings” for both…
Deleting the Plex Guide DVR and rebuilding it with the same channels and selecting my XMLTV listing, I now have both of the football games listed as being scheduled to be recorded at the expected times.
Just an observation, but with the XMLTV load, I can
Choose Sports to browse (vs Episodes, Shows, Movies)
and then filter by sport
or filter by team
I can select “Enhanced Guide” as well.
With the Plex EPG, I can choose “Sports” to browse and I can filter by “Genre” to get the filtering by Sport… (with the XMLTV, I have “Sport” as a filter choice vs “Genre” as a filter choice.
I can not ask for enhanced guide
I can not define what genre’s (Categories) make up “Sports” or “News” …
(I haven’t used Plex EPG for multiple years, so maybe this is normal).
Anyone know if this has been fixed yet? I’ve read the release notes all the way up to 1.25.2.5319 and didn’t see anything about this. I believe there has been 3 releases already. This still hasn’t been address and/or has not been confirmed on by Plex. 
Enhanced Guide was only available with XMLTV, but you would have to ask @sa2000 for the current status.
I’m seeing this same issue. Select record all “X Team” airings and the guide blips the “will record”
icon then goes back to not recording. Recording just one airing at a time works but is far from optimal. This just started with my latest update.

I will say it’s extremely frustrating that Plex breaks things, we have no way to report bugs and they haven’t even validated that they are aware of this issue. This is possibly the worst part of Plex as a platform/application.

Anyone know when it broke? I had to go back to what I was running for quite some time and is rock solid for me ( 1.21.0.3616). I don’t want to be too far behind (regarding security patches).
I would first check for a naming conflict. In the library(directory) where you have you recordings, move, remove or hide the NFL directory. Some of the versions were not putting a date and time on the episode.
Lastly, verify that the database isn’t corrupt.
This is a big issue and I am surprised this isn’t getting more traction. I haven’t been able to record sports team recordings for more than a month. Recordings for all “NFL Football” or all “NBA Basketball” work but setting for individual team events comes up with “No Upcoming Recordings”.
I am running Plex Server Version 1.25.3.5409 on a Mac.
I agree, I also don’t understand how this is still continuing given the number of releases since the original issues being reported. It’s highly annoying, there’s several threads on this, one that I also reported many releases ago… DVR BUG: NFL follow team It makes me think we’re not reporting this in the correct location or something??
