I just set up Plex DVR yesterday, and Kudos to the developers who created the
installation process. It’s amazingly simple compared to my current MythTV
install.
I like to record some news shows, like Dateline. One of my local
broadcast stations airs old episodes of Dateline a few times a day. I set a
a timer to record all episodes of Dateline. My recording queue shows them
all. If I go and read the episode descriptions of the episodes that are scheduled
to record, I know that I’m just not interested in some of the topics. I would
like to be able to say “skip this episode, don’t record it” instead or recording the
episode and just deleting it, unwatched. It doesn’t seem like these is a way
to tell Plex DVR to “don’t record this particular episode only”. Is there some
way to stop a particular episode from recording?
