DVR stopped working completely. No changes to anything on my end.

What more it there? It’s DVR, it records or it doesnt.
I did find what is most likely causing this, in advance record option the time differs from th actual time of the airing. Example Jeopardy airs twice a day I wan to record the later airing only, so I select this in settings and am prompted with an incorrect time.
This is not a solution unless you have repaired it!
Problem still exists.

The times conflict and it does’t record.
