DVR Stops recording halfway through show

I’ve been having tons of problems getting recordings to work.

Typically the dvr will start recording and then stop at some point.

It is hard to analyze based on only log snippets. Both of the following errors indicate that Plex is getting a timeout when communicating with your tuner:

Error issuing curl_easy_perform(handle): 28
HTTP simulating 408 after curl timeout

Would you be able to post full debug level logs? If not, only a general direction can be suggested - take a look at your Plex Tuner Service logs to see if there is any additional info check there are no problems with your USB port and your USB tuner, etc.

Just looked at tuner service log and this is what it says over and over again:

Mar 05, 2021 15:25:43.598 [1625] WARN - [E] can’t read from dvr for tuner 0, dvr 0, err 19

This is from hours after the event this morning.

I’ve had this problem with two different Nvidia Shields.

So now I’m starting to think it’s a problem with the tuner?
