The folder has “Read” only marked.

Checked: Path to a program which postprocesses the recording before adding to the library. The script must be in “C:\Users"Username”\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Scripts"

Been running PLEX for a few years now. Recently removed from my WD Raided drive as the performance was less than I expected and had a few play back issues (CPU performance).

I have always sorted out any issue with the install before - but this one is stumping me. I suspect the either the “drv_file.ini” needs to be rebuilt/installed (how) or the read only permissions need some custom edit for write but details matter and not sure what to edit for “C:\Users"Username”\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Scripts"

I’ve been having the same issue on my ubuntu install! I’ve tried everything from using external storage and making sure plex is the owner of the directories (which was more difficult than I realized at first because my external drive is in exFAT and not ext4) - to just creating a special directory for it on the main drive, and ensuring it has the plex ownership as well as the rwxrwxr-x set of permissions. Still my recordings failed and I’m unsure as to why at this point. I found some help in this post:
https://www.reddit.com/r/PleX/comments/1599nkw/setting_up_dvr_for_the_first_time_and_getting_no/

But none of those solutions worked for me. I must be doing something wrong, I just wish I knew what lol. Maybe the next update and will fix?
