No write access to destination -- Deleted all records and DVR, still can't record

I have read through the forums, and have tried everything: deleting all recordings, deleting the DVR, restoring the com.plexapp.plugins.library.db file from a back-up. Nothing works, and I still get a “No write access to destination” error when I try to record a show. The DVR used to point to a different drive, and now that I am pointing it at a new destination to record to, it fails to recognize it and (I assume) is still attempting to write to the now-nonexistent old location.

Please advise.

Control Panel - Shared Folders - EDIT the share where the recording is to go -> Permisions Tab

Give user Plex permission to R/W.
