Please with the following. Today it started happening that EAC3 Audio format that normally works with transcoding stopped working. I thought it was the database, but I have tried 4 different backups, also tried repair the database, and the problem goes.
Note. I can get the videos working on the phone after I change the video settings to Original quality. When I try to swich it back to convert automatically, stops working.
I even tried setup a new plex server, and haven’t encountered the problem, but come on. deleting the whole database is to rough.
My solution was delete the appdata from the android app and login to plex again.
The Plex app for android was updated on June 1st, 2020 and that’s when it the problem started.
But I still get the messages shown in the previous message. Also, the issue doesn’t happen if you are on a new plex installation, only old installation.
