as someone using a hdhomerun and a cable card, its a PITA to navigate to channel 835 from channel 3 one by one on my devices. tv shows and movies have a column letters on the side of them that make quick navigation simple. is it possible to do a 10s or 100s number scheme bar on the side of live tv? would it not be mostly copypasta in the code?
