I understand a lot of the media players don’t have number pads on them for the most part, but having the capability of dialing a channel number would assist greatly with some users who have a lot of cable channels on their plex server.
For instance, I have my cable ran through my plex box, and i have about 300 some-odd channels, using the grid guide to find the channel, a lot of time’s I will try to scroll down to the corresponding channel and will lose the ability to see a highlighted channel, possibly from going too fast by holding it down? (plex app, firetv)
and going to that channel using the tiles style view is also cumbersome it feels.
Does anyone have work arounds for this? or see the benefits of this?
