Edit headings that are visible on clients

OS: Win 10 Pro

I have just built a media server for home use and installed Plex to stream content. When I connect to it via DLNA I see:

Plex Media Server
Films
Music
Photos

Then under each of the top categories there is a whole mix of categories, e.g. under Films I have:
All Films, Unplayed,Recently Released, Recently Added and 15 more.

Can this be edited/changed?

I have my multimedia on the server in directories, one for each film, I would prefer to just see those directories if possible.

The structure for DLNA is hard coded and not configurable for users.
You should see an option to navigate by folders inside the „All Films“ section.

If you have an option to run a regular Plex app on your TV / streaming box / … this should give you a better experience.
