Edit Plex Database with SQL Browser - Entries deleted by Plex

I’m using the Plex Media Server on my WD MyCloud Ex2 Ultra. I downloaded the database to edit it manually with SQL Browser. I inserted in the table “tags” a link for a artist picture. When I uploaded the database with the edited entry, the picture was shown, but after a few seconds the entry was deleted by plex. I inserted the link in the field “user_thumb_url” and the date + time in the field “created_at”. What can I do to keep the entries?

That’s not how the pictures work. It’s not possible to edit the cast pictures or manually point them to a source.
