EDL file support for libraries

There are a few DVR that generate EDL files for their recordings, Channels being one of them. But when one creates a library for those recordings in PLEX there seems to be no support for the EDL files generated by those tools. It would be good to add that given it is already supported for the PLEX DVR itself.

Playlists with EDL lists

Playlists can be made only of entire media items, but some items like music videos or TV series, or multipart movies would sequence better with the beginning and end or other features removed. It would be great if playlists could take an edit decision list (3.7. Edit Decision Lists (EDL)) for each item in the playlist and implement the edit automatically while streaming. It would be a boon for curated playlists
