Yes, only have the spanish option as the video never starts
Forgot to ask which plex player app on what device were you using and does the commercial/advertisement play before the movie or nothing plays at all?
on browser, when the small player pops up it is black with this message “There was an error loading the video”
On the app for android the message is diferent, it says “Failed to fetch play queue response”
No ad, nothing plays on either.
