Will this ever support Elgato Netstream … i.e. DVB-S over internal network? I understood it to be fairly similar to the HD HomeRun.
Other devices will be looked at in the future, but for now, it’s just the HD HomeRun.

I’m guessing quite a few Plex enthusiasts also have Elgato / EyeTV hardware so that would be a great place to take this further.

i have a netstream DTT and it supports bonjour, hopefully this can be added as a device soon
Netstream uses its own protocol, so while functionality similar to HDHR, its actually more work to implement, since it’s starting from essentially zero.
It is something we’re interested, but we’re concerned since Elgato sold off EyeTV, its longtivity in the market. Is it still getting firmware updates? Do you know if there’s any published API docs?
No idea … Elgato sold to Geniatech. (https://www.geniatech.eu/eyetv)… It would be great if you could address as I am looking for a DVB-S solution

I’d like to put in a request for support of the Hauppauge HD PVR and Hauppauge Colossus line of products.
The EyeTV Netstream is listed as unsupported on the Geniatech website: https://www.geniatech.eu/eyetv/support/ - which sucks, because the reason I ended up in this thread was to post a “me too please” reply. 
If it helps development any, it “just works” when the playlist file is thrown at VLC - which is how I’ve been watching things, on the odd occasion I do.
