i want to know if i can use netflix on my plex and if my legato net stream can used for watching live tv on my plex.

Netflix no (at least not officially, there may be a hack somewhere).

in the list there are not Elgato, but i read in a mail that they will add the support but when?
Where is what? Netflix is not officially supported. There may be a hack somewhere but I have no idea where. I use Netflix outside of Plex, always have and always will.
If it is not currently in the list then it is not currently supported. If you have an email saying they will add support then it will come eventually. Plex never gives any sort of timeline for when they will release anything. It will get here when it gets here.
There used to be a Netflix channel for Plex, but Netflix took steps to prevent that kind of access to their system.
