Empty PIN boxes when linking TV to my plex

Hi, I moved in another house and connected TV to another wifi and plex app does not display PIN when I try to link the TV.
TV model is Samsung UE40ES8000.
In my previous home was working fine.

Plex support is ending 2020-09-30 on older smart TV devices

On September 30, 2020 we will be ending support for the Plex app on some older smart TVs. These devices are unable to use modern, secure connections when communicating with our services. Samsung TV Cannot Connect to Plex

The problem that you have is security related. Because TLS 1.1 has been considered unsafe, Plex has disabled this cypher on their servers. This is not a problem for newer devices, since they have no problem with TLS 1.2 or can handle it after a firmware update, but the older ones are affected by it and can no longer connect. I think we have little chance of Samsung updating these older models soon, so I made a workaround for you guys in the form of a Plex Proxy Server. Ok, how does this work…

I have a 2012 model which had exactly the same issue at the beginning of this month, and it is very easy to fix as already reported in some other posts: In plex on the desktop, in Settings > Network, make sure ‘Secure connections’ is set to ‘preferred’ and not ‘required’ and enter the IP addresses of your TVs in ‘List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth’.
