Hi, first of all, sorry for my english.
since the last couple of days, on the android app (and the one on the fire tv) my home screen shows empty, as same as the recommended screen on the libraries… but on the library screen the movies or tv shows shows correctly… but if i apply some sort (as sorting for added time) the screen shows empty.
this doesn’t happens on the website, only on the android apps… i’ve tried to reinstall the app, but it’s the same…
Any ideas? don’t know what to do
The last screenshot indicates that there’s a filter active. Apparently none of the items in this library is a match for the filter.

Is there a difference in behaviour, if you switch the network of the client, from home network to outside and vice versa?
Have you tried to repair your database? Do it the “thorough” way, by using this script: GitHub - ChuckPa/PlexDBRepair: Database repair utility for Plex Media Server databases
(it is written and maintained by a Plex team member.)
just tried it with that script, but the problem persist… (i’ve tried the automatic option)
If you use the hosted web app, and you go to the “Collections” tab of this library, do you get an error?
and only on android app… the web client works flawless
