Currently everything is working fine on the web app, LG TV app, and iOS/Apple TV. However, on my Firestick 4K Max and Android Mobile app, one particular library (TV Shows) does not populate.
The ‘Home’ screen shows only movies and music and not the recently added TV Shows or any shows in ‘Continue Watching’. When I navigate to the TV Shows library in the left panel where it defaults to the ‘Recommended’ screen, it says:

When I choose the ‘Library’ tab at the top of the page (or bottom if on Android Mobile app) then all my TV show content is visible and I can select and watch it.
As mentioned, this behaviour isn’t present on the web app or other devices - they all work fine, it’s only the Firestick and Android Mobile App. I’ve not been able to figure out why, reinstalling the apps didn’t change anything, and it’s consistent for all users on the Firestick (server owner and invited user). Both apps have been removed/offboarded/uninstalled with cache and data wiped, then reinstalled/loaded but the issue persists on fresh app installs.
