Enable Hi-Res (up to 24Bit-192kHz) music playback on Nvidia Shield and AVR

Hi-Res audio is currently not available using an Nvidia Shield and AVR, everything get sampled to 48kHz and send to the AVR.

Kodi plays Hi-Res music at the same rate as the source and outputs that to the AVR, so hopefully Plex can achieve the same. I’d love to listen to Hi-Res audio on Plex, because of the better UI.

Thanks in advance!
