Enable Proper Atmos Decoding Within MP4 Files

I would say that this request is way more relevant now. Way better to get support directly from MKVs instead of Mp4 due to the further features in MKV

[FEATURE REQUEST] Dolby Vision support for MKV [IMPLEMENTED]

Hi, Currently, Plex on Nvidia Shield 2019 is able to play single layer Dolby Vision on .mp4 and .ts files. Recently, a method has been discovered which allows to get that into a MKV container as well with the codec MpegH HEVC Main10@L5.1 (dvhe.07.06 BL+EL+RPU FEL). Is there any chance to add support to ExoPlayer so it can handle dolby vision enabled MKVs as it does with .mp4 and .ts on licensed hardware like Shield 2019? Regards.
