Plex/Shield player chokes on MP4 video file with AC3/Atmos track. Plays on Plex/Apple TV

If someone is interested or this UI allows me to, I’ll upload the MP4 file.

edit: Plex/Shield can’t play this MP4 file.

The Shield cannot decode Dolby Atmos, only passthrough. If you are not using passthrough, turn the setting off and it will ask PMS to transcode the audio to something it can decode.

Thank you for your quick reply, however I do indeed have passthrough turned on. And I can confirm by playing a video with a TrueHD/Atmos track through Plex/shield and the AVR says “Atmos”.

edit: Also I have other MP4 files with a AC3/Atmos track that Plex/Shield correctly passes through and the AVR reports “Atmos”. I think Plex/Shield is specifically having problems with this file only.
