So some family members are having issues playing back content from my servers, they have free accounts are are playing content via Amazon firesticks.
The issue they are having started a few weeks ago when TV shows were being clipped almost at the end, this I have have just learned has been having on movies too
The version number is from my own fire stick, as my family members are running the same ones (fire stick 4k max) one family member has the fire cube downstairs and firestick upstairs and has the same issue on both. Another just with the fire stick max 4k on the note I have not been able to reproduce the issue I have the same firestick, none are dodgy in any way so I am guessing it is account issue possibly as I have Plex pass?
I can test the content on my end (on my own firestick) and for some reason that fixes it.
Any assistance would be appreciated
