Cant play a Movie on FireStick 4k MAX

i have this server mounted up, with some movies, mostly .MKV formats.
i found that the movie Cinderella 2 and Cinderella 3 i cant play on device Firestick 4k max client, the app process for 5-10seconds and then restarts on its own…
the wicked thing is that i actually Can play those exact same movies on dieferent devices like my cellphone client and my tv lg oled app plex client.
So what is going on here on the firestick?
Can anyone help me solve this problem?
Firestick is up to date, app plex is up to date.
i tried to uninstall app on firestick, reboot firestick and install fresh the app on firestick, problem still persists.
Please Help me.

on the detailed information from the server’s „now playing“ section on the dashboard, it doesnt not even start playing, it does not appear anything. when i try to any other movie it does appear, but this Cinderella’s movies it doesnt appear any info.

i will attach here the screen shots of the filo info of the movie Cinderella 2 (of the Plex’s ‘‘Get Info’’ and the Mediainfo software)





Im trying to play these files localy…
now i found out that Frozen movie is also failing to play like Cinederella ones… whats going on here? why plex fails like this???

problem still persists, anyone got an idea how to solve this problem??

Plex does Not give any support… i was thinking pay for the plex lifetime, before this problems start appear, and before knowing Plex doesnt bother to have theyr costumers having troubles like this one on the apps… right now i just feel sorry for giving Plex 5.99eur to unlock the android app, really… as a costumer i feel abandoned here. i opened this post 6 days ago.
i have my library running almost perfect (only subtitles sometimes doesnt load at first, have to restar movie and select subs so they load) on JELLYFIN. and so far i have to say JELLYFIN as a free app is way better then Plex… and adding the fact Plex as a paid app doesnt giiving any support at all is near ridicullous. i cant recomend Plex to anyone.
this is my personal feedback as an abandoned costumer BY PLEX.

Apologies for the delayed response. Which 4K Max do you have is it the latest model 2nd gen or 1st gen? Can you also confirm if subtitles are enabled when you are starting playback? If so can you attempt to disable them and try starting playback without them? I just want to rule out a few things before asking for further details.

i tryed with disabled subs aswell, still persist the problem.
the firestick is the lastest 2nd gen.

Ok would you be able to reproduce the issue and share your Fire TV logs? And as well a sample file I would like to reproduce the issue?

Well darn. I came here because I have a couple programs with this same issue (try to start playback, get a spinner for several seconds, app crashes and relaunches). But I don’t think my issue is the same thing. I was able to play back the sample with no issues here.
