what version of plugin are you using ?, have you tried deleting the setup and starting fresh, press yellow whilst in the plugin. then setup again and remove from plex and re-add.
I’m on version 2.0, i’m using the latest version of openvix 5 0 023. Ive tried a few times resetting the plugin and ive reset the box. If i flash from a USB will that give me a clean machine, ive noticed doing a reset still keeps some of my settings.
Yes, I have a similar issue. It used to work just fine, now I have upgraded to v2 of the plugin, plex does not see the tuner in setup. Any suggestions?
Brilliant that sorted it. Wish i’d asked a couple of weeks ago ive been messing around thinking it was something i’d done.
Looking forward to getting IPTV channels into plex will be great if they can be recorded.
If anyone is interested I have created a test branch for IPTV support, would helpful if anyone that want IPTV support to test it and report any issues.
to use it open plugin, remove any previous setup by pressing YELLOW on that tuner type, and then go to IPTV tuner type, and setup, and remove old tuner from plex and re-add the new type.

I’m assuming that is a limitation from plex as they dont allow different tuner types on one server, hopefully they will soon.

it is a limitation from plex due to it only allow one EPG provider at time, however if you can find XLMTV epg data for all the channels you need to can use ‘MULTI’ tuner type, that will use both tuner types from your box.

I have tried Satellite and it works great, thank you.
I then tried the IPTV but I just have Satellite or Multi to choose from on my OpenPli 6.0 (latest).
What kind of IPTV do I have to setup before on my VU+, now I have from XtreamTV.
Is the problem that the I don´t have the latest Plex DVR API in my OpenPli?
yes, you need the latest BETA from here https://github.com/OpenViX/PlexDVRAPI/tree/iptv-test/PlexDVRAPI/src, you will then see IPTV as option. if you want both SAT and IPTV choose MULTI (from beta not pli feeds version). just remember you will need a EPG provider that does ALL your channels.
@andyblac1974 Will WiFi be supported in future Releases? I own a VU+ Ultimo 4K and would like to use the internal WiFi Adapter as I dont have any cables in my setup.
@andyblac1974 I had the IPTV version working well with plex, it then dissapeared (I think because i did the openvix .25 update) SInce then ive tried loads of times to copy the IPTV branch to my box but it never seems to update to the IPTV version it stays as the master. Any ideas.
