I do have scheduled tasks that should be taking care of this, but I’ve noticed that it will not actually refresh. It hasn’t actually updated in over 10 days and I’m running out of time before I wont have anything to record.
As I stated before, EPG will download just fine, it goes all the way to 100%, but just wont update the guide.
I can provide logs, but I don’t know where the EPG logs would be specifically.
ANY help would be awesome.

Ok, so I found this in the logs:
Aug 02, 2017 11:51:22.581 [8116] ERROR - Couldn’t rename file C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Plug-in Support\Databases v.plex.providers.epg.onconnect-731d0be9-0ed8-4dd4-b921-d0e23a68d5cd-loading.db to C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Plug-in Support\Databases v.plex.providers.epg.onconnect-731d0be9-0ed8-4dd4-b921-d0e23a68d5cd.db: Access is denied
The error was all the way at the beginning of the EPG update. So I moved all the files from AppData to a new location, there was a ton of stuff that just wouldn’t copy over, but I finally got all my library info. Then I did an update to the EPG again and I have data till the 15th!! I’m not sure what would lock up that file, I’m assuming this is something you guys are looking into. I’m also sure that just deleting the stuck EPG file will fix it as well, I was just tired of going into AppData all day.
