EPG failure

The Turkish Grand Prix was recorded this morning. Problem is that the 2021 race does not take place until NEXT Sunday. The practice sessions and qualifying sessions are all set to record at the end of the week, but the race itself is not scheduled at all now. I’ll delete the current recording. The EPG shows an episode of F1 racing as the Turkish Grand Prix on Sunday, Oct. 10 @ 0655 AM, but considers it to not be a new recording.

This seems to be a continuing issue, this is at least the second time this season that I’ve caught this sort of error.

Please contact your EPG provider and ask them to clean this up.

After removing the episode recorded in error, and forcing an EPG refresh, the race episode this coming Sunday is now properly scheduled.

Somebody goofed at the EPG provider.

Had this with Grand Designs which is scheduled for 9:00pm tonight on Channel 4 (UK). Tonights episode has been put down as E03 when its really E07 so won’t record until I removed the existing E03.

Need a way to force the recording when we know the EPG is wrong.
