DVR not recording anymore... EPG not refreshing

tonight PLEX stopped recording my TV shows. In the logs the two lines

show up over and over again (like 10-20 times per second). Restarting the plexmediaserver or rebooting the server did not help.

I tried renaming/deleting the settings folder and resetting up plex. When configuring the DVR, my tuner finds all the channels, but when I enter my Country/Postcode (in Germany) I get a list of EPGs with only one provider (which is some Telekom Entertain or something) but not the one I used before (Kabel Deutschland Hessen Digital)… If I try to chose this wrong provider from the list I instantly get a error message “Failed to parse data”…

Please help!

Looking into the problem - appears to be an issue with the https://epg.provider.plex.tv service

Im having probs with the epg setup also, tried to re-initalise TV, get to enter postocde and wont continue.

Appears to be a data issue affecting whole Europe - escalated to our provider

I have not checked other regions

Ok, I see some progress… I can map the channels, but the EPG is empty

The ingestion job of the data is still running. Our provider has rolled data back to yesterday’s and we started a full ingestion that would take about 6 hours to complete. It is still running

This was resolved overnight
