I am trying to setup dvr from Turkey, but when i try to set dvr, selected Country Turkey, icant select anything as you see at screeshot, please help me whats wrong.,

What version of server are you using? I didn’t realize before but Turkey is actually not a supported country for EPG with our current provider. It is just on the list previous to your screenshot because one cannot get to the XMLTV option (in the screenshot) unless you select a country.
My server using latest version of plex media server ( Version 1.18.1.1788) and what is the current provider before i know gracenote was work. is it support epg for Turkey ?
Unfortunately Turkey isn’t in the plex EPG avaliable countries list, anymore.
