EPG not loading - Melbourne, Australia

Hi There,
I have PMS 1.7.1.3856 running on a QNAP TS-453 Pro with last 4.2 FW Loaded.

The DVR setup can see my 2 HDHomerun boxes and can scan for channels which are about 85% identified but when I select an EPG to use and click continue the wait timer just runs indefinitely.

I have left it running for 6 hours and then was still able to click the cancel button.

Does anyone have an idea about why this is happening?

Are you able to provide some logs for this, please? :slight_smile:

Sorry for the delay in responding, have been snowed under at work.

I have just upgraded the NAS’s RAM and will update the FW to the latest 4.3.x build and then update PMS to the 64bit build and try again with the DVR setup.

Just getting back on my feet. Literally.
Queens Birthday weekend had a fall and tore the ligaments in my left knee, which was reconstructed 40 odd years ago. So it was a bit of a mess :smiley:

Any way, I have the latest firmware on the QNAP and since Plex 1.9.1.4272 have been able to load the EPG and recording is working fine.
