The provider of the program guide data for our Live TV/DVR feature experienced a failure, which has impacted program guide data updates. This has led to a severely reduced level of program data for a number of channels and lineups. The failure resulted in a large backlog of updates, which then led to delays in availability of new program data.
The provider has indicated that the problem has now been resolved, but the recovery and updates to correct missing and inaccurate data may take a few days to complete.
