DVR EPG Guide Update

As you may have seen from the various topics in our forum, we have been hard at work at improving our guide data for Live TV & DVR. We recognize the accuracy of this information is important and have been making steady improvements in collaboration with our EPG data provider. Our latest efforts have focused on improving how we ingest guide data uniquely for each region. This has led to some radical changes in how we import and maintain data from our partner.
Implementing these changes will require a temporary service outage of our program guide data and is expected to last about 6 hours. Because these changes may affect your channel mappings and scheduled recordings, we recommend that once the maintenance period ends, you perform a full guide refresh through Server Settings for Live TV & DVR. Review your channel mappings and DVR recordings to make adjustments or delete and recreate recordings, as needed.
For users in the UK that are still using the National UK lineup, we recommend taking this opportunity to switch to the regional Freeview OTA lineup for your area, by going through DVR Settings and deleting and recreating the DVR using the regional lineup.
During the service outage period, guide refreshes will abort and attempts to setup a DVR will not complete successfully.
