EPG will not update

EPG will not upadate, Unable to use DVR or live TV. Tried to manually updated and nothing. Any word on a plex fix for this?

I have the same issue since two weeks

Have you tried to delete all SONLIFE Channels from all your tuners. Comcast apparently has life 5 different ones (including music or something like that) and Fios has one or two per channel line up.

If that doesn’t work it will be a matter of slowly removing less used channels to figure out which one or ones is causing the problem.

thank you for your help: today I found this thread (https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/293287/plex-is-telling-me-my-program-guide-is-empty)

I live in Germany and use the Haupauge Win-TV Tuner. Maybe it was also a faulty channel.
