So I have been using plex with my HD Homerun Prime for the past week and my live tv and recordings were all showing. I didn’t change anything but today I went to check my recordings and it didn’t show any future recordings and my program Guide is empty. I have tried refreshing the Guide in my dvr settings and it shows the full amount of scanned channels that it should. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Ditto on this, I’ve tried deleting my prime as well as rescanning. nothing… Need help!

Player - doesn’t matter, all players are showing empty program guides.
+1. Have also tried to refresh, rescan, and start from scratch w/ no joy. Started sometime overnight.
I did update the server in an attempt to fix the issue. Did not solve the problem. Hope to see a fix soon.

What are you all running your servers on? Just wondering if it’s overall or device issue. I’m running on an Nvidia Shield Tv.
Same here today. Was fine up until last night. New update didn’t help either.
Windows based server - tried to play on my laptop, ipad, roku, and phone.
Tuners and channels are all detected. For whatever reason, there’s just no EPG, and nothing I’ve tried so far is solving the issue.
As far as the EPG getting channels in that refresh section I selected a few less channels cause I read that there was an issue with a channel that was messing up the rest. When I only selected my favorite channels on the list it at least said how many airingsit had but still no Guide after
I am having the same issue on the latest version on both windows and ubuntu. It seems to be a problem with getting the listings themselves since this issue seems to span all the hardware, operating systems, and couple recent versions.
It looks like the issue finally resolved it self for me and is working again. Is this a pretty frequent issue you guys have seen or first time?

i am having the same problem. Program Guide is empty, says “The Program Guide is empty
Please verify your channel mappings and refresh the Program Guide”
Tried deleting and adding the tuners, when i refresh program guide the action completes in less than a minute with still no guide data. No programs recording, none scheduled.
This all happened today, after the latest server update.
Just adding that I’m getting this problem as well. Using 1.9.6.4385
First time I have come across this issue. Had a Plex server for years. Did you by any chance reboot the server?
Also have this issue. Using v1.9.6.4385, on Mac OS 10.12.6. Unfortunate that this means nothing will record on the DVR either.

Deleted DVR and reloaded with no luck.

MacOS High Sierra.
Restarted Plex server.
Rebooted server hardware.
Updated Plex to latest version (above).
When refreshing EPG, no programs download.

I removed and re-added the 2 DVRs. When I re-added them, I unselected all of the crap channels like QVC, etc. Looks like removing some channels fixed the issue for me. Per threads that I found, it appears that if there is a blank channel in the EPG, then the entire update will fail. Pretty bad design IMHO.
Tried the above solution and it didn’t work. The guide data is still missing. What gives?
